Welcome to The People's Archive! This site chronicles the changing face of North Staffordshire.

The archive illustrates the work taking place to regenerate Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle and the Moorlands.

Here you will find stories, images and videos showing how money is being spent to improve the lives of people living in the communities affected by renewal work.

You will be able to log on and see the work as it progresses, learn about future plans and also add your comments, images and videos from your own communities.

RENEW North Staffordshire, the regeneration agency which funded much of the work done in the area in recent years and which launched The People's Archive, will cease to exist on April 1, 2011.

However, its legacy is there for all to see...

Read a final analysis of the regeneration agency's work  by Peter Bounds, Chairman of RENEW North Staffordshire
