Work to create improved parking facilities on Ubberley Road, Bentilee. This picture was taken in July 2009. £245,000 is being spent to create off-road spaces for 40 vehicles, improved landscaping and a recycling area. Bentilee is a priority suburban estate within the RENEW North Staffordshire regeneration zone.
