Children mark the opening of a bridge over the Caldon Canal (Apr 09)

Pupils from St Luke's Primary School and City Waterside Primary celebrate the opening of a new bridge over the Caldon Canal in April 2009. Bridgewater Bridge was named in honour of pottery entrepreneur Emma Bridgewater whose factory is close by.
