Work progressing on the site of the former Coalville estate in March 2008. Coalville is being transformed under the £55 million Weston Heights regeneration scheme. This involves the demolition of 254 of the old homes, which are being replaced with nearly 300 new homes for outright sale, shared ownership and rent.
