A new bungalow in Coalville, a former National Coal Board estate in Stoke-on-Trent which is being rebuilt by RENEW in partnership with developer Compendium. Coalville is being transformed under the £55 million Weston Heights regeneration scheme. This involves the demolition of 254 of the old homes, which are being replaced with nearly 300 new homes for outright sale, shared ownership and rent.
