This snowy scene from winter 2005 shows a towering set of steel sculptures was officially launched in Etruria in July that year. The Cavour Street public art was made by Denis O’Connor. A documentary on the making of the piece — one of three artworks costing £350,000 in total and funded by the SRB4 Stoke Approach Partnership, Advantage West Midlands and the city council — was shown at Etruria Methodist Church in Etruria Old Road after the unveiling. The artwork, named Privilege and depicting both traditional and new industries in the city, is sited at one of the main gateways into Stoke-on-Trent and is visible from the A53.
