They scooped the prize for creating the £22 million Blue Planet warehouse at Chatterley Valley. The building scooped the big prize at the ceremony, sponsored by the North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership (NSRP), which took place at The Regent theatre in hanley on September 14, 2009.
