In April 2009 pupils from Knutton St. Mary's Primary CE School helped bury a time capsule on the site of Newcastle's first, 60-bed extra-care development for older people - Mill Rise Village in Cross Heath. Site manager Neil Slater is pictured burying the capsule which contained photographs, a book, and a school uniform.
