David Miliband visits the regeneration of Wellington Street in July 2005

Minister for Communities and Local Government, David Miliband, made a visit to the Wellington Street Community Centre in Hanley July, 2005, to meet local residents and view regeneration plans put forward by RENEW North Staffordshire.
