Stoke North MP Joan Whalley and city councillor Peter Kent-Baguley at the RENEW North Staffordshire Fegg Hayes area for regeneration, in January 2007. Mr Kent-Baguley had been campaigning for the demolition of the former Elephant and Castle pub on Fegg Hayes Road which had become a magnet for anti-social behaviour.
