The Bentilee estate is a priority suburban estate within the RENEW North Staffordshire area. Since 2007 Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Neighbourhood Renewal Team, working with the local community steering group and its partner agencies, has been working on a variety of projects as a part of the council’s annual £1 million Suburban Estates Investment programme.
