The North Shelton fun day in October 2008 was launched by Lord Mayor of Stoke-on-Trent, councillor Derek Capey. The event was funded by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, RENEW North Staffordshire and Beth Johnson Housing Association. The Lord Mayor is pictured banging a Bhangra drum.
