Around 30 children from St Mary's Primary School planted bulbs at the crossroads of Knutton Lane, Silverdale Road and Cemetery Road in Silverdale. The bulbs were donated by Newcastle Borough Council, RENEW North Staffordshire, Garners Garden Centre and local councillor Derrick Huckfield, who organised the planting.
