This picture of Ludlow Street at the junction with Balfour Street, which falls within the new City Waterside neighbourhood, was taken in 2007. These houses were included within the Ludlow Street Housing Compulsory Purchase Order. Houses were acquired and demolished by the city council. Residents were assisted to relocate. The site released formed part of a much larger redevelopment opportunity.
