This picture of Ludlow Street, which falls within the new City Waterside neighbourhood, was taken in March 2009. The houses in this area were included within the Ludlow Street Housing Compulsory Purchase Order. Houses were demolished as an emergency measure following rapid structural movement in February 2009. This image shows investigation into the structural movement - the cause of which was never identified.
