Artwork on homes earmarked for demolition in Wellington Road, Hanley

In February 2008 derelict houses were turned into huge canvases for eye-catching art work. The giant images on properties in Wellington Road, Hanley, were designed to “soften” the look of areas marked for demolition, by reducing the impact of boards and grills on empty homes.
